YUVRAJ MALI, Director
Yuvraj holds Masters Degree in Economics from the Shivaji University , Kolhapur and in Human Resources Development Management from NMIMS, Mumbai. He also has attended several other MDP's conducted by reputed institutions like XLRI, Jamshedpur , Leadership Management International, USA and University of Cambridge , UK . He is a member of several trade and social service associations. He has over two decades of Human Resources Management experience in a spectrum of Engineering, Process, Services, Information Technology and Consulting organizations. He has handled prestigious “Top Management Level” Executive Search assignments with several transnational organizations. He looks after the Strategic Planning and Corporate Affairs functions.

SHILPAJA KALEKAR, Practice Head
Shilpaja is an Arts graduate from  Shivaji University, Kolhapur with MBA in Marketing and M. Phil in Human Resource Management.  She has over a decade's work experience in managing Client relations; initial 7 year in Financial Services as Branch Head and last 4+ years with ARMS.  She joined ARMS as Manager - Client Relations and presently handling Client services for various industry domains as Practice Head.  She is responsible for timely deliveries  to Client for their mandates.  She has developed very good industry network, which enables to conduct mapping to locate illusive skills/professionals required by Clients.  She has successfully executed challenging management level assignments across industry segments

ABDUL WAHAB PATEL, Head - Corporate Affairs
Abdul Wahab is a Science Graduate from the Gulbarga University, Karnataka. He has about two decades of experience in Sales & Marketing of Consumer Product and Service Industry. He has extensively worked on new business development, corporate/institutional sales, and product launch and dealer/channel network management.  Last 3+ years he is associated with ARMS and looking after new business development and key account management.  He is instrumental in establishing healthy relationship with the top management of Clients from various industry segment/domains.

SUSHMA NAIR, Client Relation Manager
Sushma Nair has completed Engineering Diploma from Board of Technical Education. She has near about eight years work experience in Client Services. From last 4 years she is associated with ARMS and she has good work experience specializing in Resource Management / Staffing in the Manufacturing industry in technical recruitment. She has hands on experience in End to End Recruitment cycle such as Resume sourcing, screening, extending offer & making sure that candidate is on board. She is good in understanding the Requirements and Mapping the resources against the requirements.
