· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual Placement targets
· Develop and analyze business opportunities with the Clients for Staffing services
· Analyze Client's manpower requirements and manage deliveries within the
stipulated time frame
· Share and allocate assignments to the team members in consultation with the
Segment Head
· Handle middle/senior level and critical manpower requirements of the Clients
· Do a quality check on the profiles and give an analysis for each candidate on the
top of the profile for future reference/use
· Handle Staffing activities, Manage ARMS Consultants as per the company
norms, under the guidance of Branch Head
· Provide support to the Management in smooth functioning of the organization
· Follow QMS and provide necessary inputs for improvement |
