· Achieve Placements and New Profile generation targets
· Understand the Client manpower requirement and source profiles within the
allotted time frame
· Prepare and put advertisements, as per the ARMS-RDF at various Job Portals,
User groups, Trade magazines, etc.
· Develop and use company skills matrix to locate suitable candidates
· Personally validate candidates as per the ARMS-RDF
· Submit short-listed profiles to the Client thru MP/BDM and obtain feed back
· Coordinate interviews, as per the schedule given by the Clients
· Pre-joining personal follow-up with the selected candidates
· Keep back-up candidates active until replacement period
· Maintain Candidates Tracking Sheet and ensure all the new profiles sourced are added to ARMS-Database with specific comments
· Provide support to the new colleagues and make them aware of ARMS processes.
· Follow QMS and provide necessary inputs for improvement |
