· Set-up and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue generation targets for the branch in consultation with the Segment Heads
· Provide necessary inputs, support and guidance to the Team to achieve their targets
· Ensure smooth sales closing and on time payment collections
· Develop new business prospects and strengthen the existing Client base and Team
· Handle TOP level manpower requirements of the Clients
· Approve the RDFs for each requirement received and complete the process required
· Update daily conversion reports of each recruiter thru BDMs and present it weekly
· Provide strategic inputs to the management for business alliance, expansion, branding, etc.
· Database and Infrastructure management for the branch
· Organize different events from time to time to keep team morale high
· Induction of new recruits to make them settle down at ARMS quickly
· Ensure implementation of QMS and provide necessary inputs for improvement |
